🌟 Hi, I'm Deena Gold, 18 from NY! This year, I attended Michlalah for seminary and volunteered at Kfar Yeladim David every Tuesday, teaching piano 🎹 to two amazing students who had never played before. I chose Kfar Yeladim David to make a meaningful impact on young girls' lives 💕.
The most rewarding part was learning from these incredible girls. Despite their challenges, they radiated happiness, kindness, and resilience 🌟. One unforgettable moment was watching a student confidently perform "Ma'oz Tzur" at the mother-daughter Chanukah event 🎶.
I plan to stay connected with the girls at Kfar Yeladim David and visit whenever I'm in Israel ✈️. What motivates me is the genuine happiness on their faces when I arrive 😊. Volunteering at Kfar Yeladim David has been a highlight of my seminary year, and I'm so grateful for this opportunity 💖.
